GOSt is a reasearch group of the University of Udine that deals with various issues concerning firms and their organisation. It aims as well at spreading information about various activities undertaken by the research group both in the teaching and in the research area. The GOST's research, teaching and transferring focuses on the innovative systems' evolution, the activities of institutional entrepreneurs, the SMEs, family businesses, start-ups and spin-offs. Specific skills and knoledge was developed in the training of new entrepreneurs support in organizational change for policy makers, and team building activities.
Il GOSt è un gruppo di ricerca formato da docenti e ricercatori dell'Università di Udine. L’attività di ricerca e formazione del gruppo si concentra sull’evoluzione dei sistemi innovativi, l’attività degli imprenditori istituzionali, le PMI, le imprese familiari, le start up e gli spin off. Competenze specifiche sono state sviluppate nella formazione dei nuovi imprenditori, nella riqualificazione e supporto al cambiamento di imprenditori e policy makers, e in attività di team building.
